Return & Refund Policy
XPY TRADERS wants you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, does not work as described, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short description of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items damaged through misuse, accident, or improper care
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email us at support@xpytraders.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable service. Please keep your tracking number.
Please do not send items back before you receive our instructions, as returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, return the original item and place a new order. We can also arrange a direct replacement for damaged or defective products.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
